Carol
Prenosil is the founder and ten-year owner of
Cakes by Carol in the Antelope Valley. Carol
specializes in working with brides to create the
perfect customized wedding cake. After
scheduling an appointment, Carol meets with the
bride to discuss flavors, fillings and
designs. "Upon leaving the consultation, I
have found brides have complete confidence that
their wedding cake for the most important day of
their life will be the cake of their dreams",
says Carol.
Cakes by Carol are
known for their smooth icing finishes overlaid
with elaborate designs. Every cake is
prepared and decorated based on a customer's
desires and needs. Every cake looks
beautiful on the outside and tastes equally good
on the inside.
Every cake and creation
includes many extras, such as stairway, fountain
and crystal ornamentation, as well as a vast
array of specialty cake tops.
Carol, a member of the
Palmdale Chamber of Commerce, was trained in
Redondo Beach and has been creating wedding
cakes since 1972.
